To promote and protect your taxpayer rights, as well as support you as an entrepreneur and community member, we are dedicated to providing financial education and ensuring financial clarity. As your fiduciary, we are committed—both legally and morally—to act in your best interest, always.
Our vision is to empower communities through asset-based development and value-centric economics. By fostering financial education and promoting taxpayer rights, we can build interconnected networks that create the conditions necessary to transform profit potential into financial viability and lasting confidence, all achieved through education and financial clarity.
We bridge the gap between financial confusion and financial clarity, empowering individuals with essential financial education and strategies. Financial education and understanding taxpayer rights should never be a privilege — they should be the standard.
Our goal is to be a trusted financial haven — where transparency, innovation, and growth work together to promote financial clarity. This involves strengthening financial systems with risk-aware cashflow strategies that safeguard liquidity, preserve capital, and secure the long-term value of our clients' investments while also emphasizing financial education and the importance of taxpayer rights.
Meet Cynthia-Kila’ L. Wilson, M.B.A. — a proud daughter of Downtown Memphis, a double master’s scholar, and a financial force built by purpose.
After earning her Bachelor of Applied Science in Nonprofit Management from the University of Memphis, Cynthia-Kila’ began her career serving local communities—coordinating outreach, grant support, and economic programs that emphasized financial education.
In her early years, she worked as a tax preparer as a “side hustle” while also contributing to her family’s signs and printing company, where she built skills in marketing and design. These dual experiences laid the foundation for how she now helps others build businesses with both structure and vision, promoting financial clarity along the way.
When the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted livelihoods, Cynthia-Kila’ pivoted into the financial sector, quickly advancing from a bank teller to a Universal Banker and Account Specialist. There, she uncovered her deeper mission within financial systems by helping people reclaim their power through financial clarity, ensuring they understand their taxpayer rights.
Cynthia-Kila’ earned her MBA in Finance and is completing her Master of Science in Accounting with a concentration in Taxation. While she initially shaped her studies toward the CPA track, her path is now expanding toward the legal side of taxation (JD focus)—deepening her ability to advocate, protect, and serve her clients.
As the Founder & CEO of SU&SO, she merges street-smart strategy, creative insight, and technical expertise—serving her clients with heart, rigor, and results.
