From the Block to the Books: Our Founder’s Journey
Meet Cynthia-Kila’ L Wilson, M.B.A. — a proud daughter of Downtown Memphis, a double master’s scholar, and a financial force built by purpose.
After earning her Bachelor of Applied Science in Nonprofit Management from the University of Memphis, Cynthia-Kila’ began her career serving local communities—coordinating outreach, grant support, and economic programs.
When the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted livelihoods, she pivoted into the financial sector, quickly advancing from a bank teller to a Universal Banker and Account Specialist. There, she uncovered her deeper mission: helping people reclaim their power through financial clarity.
Cynthia-Kila’ earned her MBA in Finance and is completing her Master of Science in Accounting with a concentration in Taxation (CPA) at Southern New Hampshire University. As the Founder & CEO of SU&SO, she merges street-smart strategy with technical expertise—serving her clients with heart, rigor, and results.
