Electrical permitting and licensed contracting activities requiring a Tennessee contractor license are currently executed through Tennessee Sign Service Inc., an active Tennessee contractor license holder with CE-E electrical classification. Pursuant to subcontract and operational authority arrangements, Cynthia-Kila’ L. Wilson, Executive Director of SU&SO Cashflows, also serves as VP of Operations and Authorized Agent for Tennessee Sign Service Inc., supporting permit coordination, compliance workflow, project documentation, and execution support.
SU&SO Cashflows is currently preparing its own Tennessee contractor licensing structure for future independent permit execution and contractor-of-record authority.
