Cynthia-Kila' "Key-Lay" Wilson is a Memphis-born entrepreneur, behavioral systems architect, and economic infrastructure strategist specializing in transforming operational chaos into structured execution.
As Founder and Executive Director of ShowUp & ShowOut Cashflows LLC (SU&SO) and Founder of Cashflow Compass Labs, Inc., she engineers behavior-aware infrastructure to solve "The Decision Gap"—the critical threshold where financial pressure, operational noise, and psychological stress distort executive execution.
Her multidisciplinary framework integrates financial strategy, operational infrastructure, advanced technology, commercial compliance, and human behavior. Her foundation was forged through hands-on execution within family-owned tax preparation and commercial contracting enterprises, deeply complemented by commercial banking, lending environments, and a lifetime of strategic non-profit and community-development initiatives.
Cynthia-Kila’ holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nonprofit Management, an MBA in Finance, and an M.S. in Accounting with a concentration in Tax Compliance and Planning. She is an IRS-credentialed Electronic Return Originator (ERO), an Authorized IRS e-file Provider, and a licensed contractor agent specializing in commercial compliance, electrical permitting, and zoning alignment under a CE-E classification.
